Pete brings extensive experience across both commercial and residential real estate. He began his career in Florida specializing in investment properties, later leading a top-ranked commercial team in Fort Myers. A CoStar Commercial Award and Prudential Chairman’s Circle recipient, Pete has also served as Director of the Rhode Island Board of Realtors and as President of the RI Commercial & Appraisal Board of Realtors. A U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer and former Presidential Guard, he returned to Rhode Island to raise his family and continue serving clients with integrity and expertise.
